Our Office

Samuelson Eyecare moved into our new office in the fall of 2008. Our address is 428 W. Main St. in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. This building was the previous location for AAA Tax Service and is located across the street from the Mt. Horeb Premier Co-op.

Our office features four exam rooms, a bigger glasses dispensary, and plenty of parking. Click here to look at pictures of our building and office space!
